Obituary of Benjamin Bishop

Benjamin Wayne Bishop passed away Saturday March 26, 2011 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Newfane. Born in Lockport on November 21, 1950, he was the son of the late Bernard and M. Virginia Beach Bishop. Ben enjoyed playing and listening to music on his guitar.
Ben is survived by his wife of 39 years, Elizabeth Hockenberry Bishop. He was the brother of Sheila (late Eugene) Mazzo of Lockport, Eugene (Nancy) Bishop of Gladwater, TX and the late Barbara Porter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Private services held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in North Ridge Cemetery. Memorials to the Niagara County SPCA or to the American Heart Association would be appreciated by the family.
