Edward H. Phillips passed away March 17, 2011 in Niagara Hospice House. Born April 1, 1955 in Buffalo he is the son of Justina (McLean) Phillips and the late Richard Phillips. Besides his mother Edward is also survived by his two daughters, sister Tina (John) Duffy of Valley Cottage, NY, and two brothers Alan and Richard Phillips both of Lockport.
