Obituary of Kurt LaRoach
Kurt N. LaRoach passed away August 26, 2021 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, Amherst. Born June 23, 1950 in Lockport he was the son of Wilberton and Dorothy (Newton) LaRoach, Jr. Kurt was a graduate of Lockport High School Class of 1968, served in the National Guard, and owned and operated Kurt’s Coins & Collectibles in Lockport. He enjoyed antique’s both dealing and collecting.
Kurt is survived by his wife of 33 years, Nancy (Bil) LaRoach; children Andrew (Erika) Crowe and Jill (Rob) Holbrook; step-son Peter Boes, Jr.; nine grandchildren; brothers Mark (Cheryl) LaRoach and Paul (Carol) LaRoach.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday, August 29th from 2-5 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Memorial service will be held Monday, August 30th at 10:30 AM in Calvary Baptist Church, 450 Lincoln Ave., Lockport, NY 14094. Interment will be in Huskey Cemetery.
