Obituary of Dawn Marie Pillot

Dawn Marie Pillot (Dee Pillot) passed away at home August 20^th, 2021 with her husband Michael and daughter Tonya by her side after a courageous 7 year battle with cancer.  Born in Newfane NY on February 2^nd 1960 she was the daughter of the late Carlton Stover and the late Deloris Zwetch.  She was also the daughter in-law of the late Beatrice (Camarra) Pillot and sister-in-law to the late Beatrice (Beattie Rose) Loiacano.  Dawn married Michael on
June 24^th 1978 after a short 3 week engagement with their first date being their honeymoon.  Dee and Mike recently celebrated their 43^rd wedding anniversary by renewing their wedding vows while she was in the hospital. Dee worked at Roswell Park Cancer center for 24 years retiring in 2016.  She also worked at Fisher Price toys in Medina NY and as a mail carrier for the Lockport Post office.  Dee enjoyed traveling, flea markets and taking care of her flowers, most of all her roses.  Dee was an animal lover and loved her dogs, especially the one she called (Mommy's) Peanut.

Dee is survived by her beloved husband Michael J Pillot, daughter Tonya M Pillot and grandson Tray Malcolm.  Brothers Carlton Stover, Christopher Stover and sister Melissa McIntyre and a brother in-law Joseph M Loiacano.
