Obituary of Joseph Clarence Cunningham
Joseph C. Cunningham passed away July 5, 2021 in Niagara Hospice House. Born October 19, 1950 in Potsdam, NY, he was the son of Ross and Cecile (Powers) Cunningham. Known as "Mr. Fix it", Joe retired from Metal Cladding in Lockport in 2017 after 47 years, where he was a plant engineer. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, and truly loved making others happy. He was a member of the Rapids Gun Club, and had the utmost appreciation for the outdoors and nature. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, gardening, and sports. He loved to go to the Buffalo Bills and Sabres games, and especially liked tailgating and relaxing before the games.
Joseph is survived by his beloved wife Suk (Chang) Cunningham; daughters Tracey (Shawn), Jamie (James), and Jenny (Chris); six grandchildren and five great grandchildren; siblings Beverly (Bob), Elaine (Glen), Larry (Joy), Alice (Bob), and Debbie (Robin); also several nieces and nephews.
