Marie A. (Steves) Swann, of Pendleton, NY, passed away June 23, 2021 at the age of 73 under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born November 1, 1947 in Buffalo she was the daughter of the late Leonard W. and Elizabeth (Hahn) Steves.  Marie married James H. Swann on July 1, 1967 in St. Francis of Assisi Church in Tonawanda, NY.  She retired from GM-Delphi Automotive with 30 years of service on March 1, 2006.  Marie enjoyed going to parades with her grandchildren and spending time with her family.  She also liked to sew and crochet.

Marie is survived by her husband James H. Swann; two sons James H. Kelley) Swann and Daniel L. Swann; grandchildren Jamie, Hannah, Mikayla, Grace, and Daniel, whom she loved and enjoyed so very much; siblings Barbara Steves, Annabelle (Albert) Frescholtz, Janet Eastman, Michael (Roseanne) Steves, and the late Leonard (Connie) Steves, David Steves, and Anthony Steves; also several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Monday, June 28th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 29th at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.  Donations to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
