Obituary of Jacob C. Minnick
Jacob C. Minnick passed away June 17, 2021. Born August 9, 2002 in Amherst he is the son of Kristina Schutt and Kevin (Amy) Minnick. Jacob was a 2020 graduate of Lockport High School and was attending college. He worked for Lake Effect Ice Cream in Lockport where he was a server. Jacob enjoyed swimming, diving, track and field being a pole vaulter, was very talented musically, was a rock band expert, and also enjoyed skateboarding.
Besides his parents Jacob is also survived by his sister Savannah Minnick; grandparents Vincent & Wilma Schutt and Carol & late Charles Minnick; girlfriend Lexi Madden; also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Relatives and friends may call Monday, June 21st from 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Memorial service will be held at a later date. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
