Kevin J. Horton passed away June 9, 2021. Born January 20, 1972 in Lockport he is the son of Kevin Horton and Jocelyn Joaquim. Besides his parents Kevin is also survived by his children Alexandria, Kevin, Benjamin, and Angelina; grandson Jasper, Eli and Desmond. He is also survived by his beloved uncle Paul and several other relatives Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
