Obituary of Marilyn C. Johnson
Marilyn C. Johnson passed away May 24, 2021 under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born August 6, 1947 in Lockport she was the daughter of Albert and Harriet (Wienke) Criswell. Marilyn worked for Delphi as a laborer and then after retirement she was a school bus aide for Ridge Road Express. She enjoyed knitting, camping, and gardening. Marilyn was a member of the Red Hat Society, Eastern Niagara Hospital Guild, and the Pekin Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.
Marilyn is survived by her husband of 53 years Jerrold J. Johnson; children Christopher (Marcie) Johnson, Margaret Wagner, and Melissa Johnson; grandchildren Jacob, Collin, Matthew, Andrew, Ryan, Mallory, and Morgan; siblings Edward (Patricia) Criswell, Ann (late James) Hart, and late Albert, Robert Criswell, Carol Drachenberg, Molly Benedict, and Laura Tarbell; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, May 27th from 2- 5 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 28th at 11 AM in Cold Springs Cemetery, 4849 Cold Springs Rd., Lockport. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
