Emma Threats passed away February 25, 2011 in Niagara Hospice House. Born May 15, 1928 she worked food factories in the Western New York area before becoming a nursing assistant at Newfane Rehab & Health Care Center and Buffalo General Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Fred Threats in 1991. Emma is survived by her two adopted children Larry Washington, Pearl Castillo and several dear friends.
