Dr. Faustino T. Solis, Jr., MD passed away February 24, 2011. Born October 22, 1945 in Rosario, Cavite he was the son of Faustino and Francisca (Trias) Solis, Sr. Dr. Solis was a physician in the Lockport and Newfane areas for several years with his own practice. He enjoyed traveling and cars. He is survived by his wife Barbara (Pagdanganan) Solis of Lockport; father of Eileen S. Gonzales, Ethel Solis, Haidee Solis, Joanna Solis and Faustino "NJ" Solis, III; grandfather of Gary, Gerald and Gerson Gonzales; brother of Nilda S. Nocon, Lyria T. Solis and Myrna S. Gallago; also several nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior visitation. The family will greet relatives and friends Tuesday March 1,2011 from 9 to 10 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport, NY where a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 AM .
