Obituary of Virginia Diane Fritton
Virginia Diane Fritton passed away on Tuesday March 30, 2021 at Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Chickasaw, Alabama on March 25, 1955, she was the daughter of Michael P. Mason and Cora M. Bice. Virginia worked as a Bus driver for Ridge Road Express and was very involved with Freedom Church. She would put everyone before herself, and loved being a Nana to her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years Martin Fritton and mother of Alicia Chase, Shawn (Theresa) Fritton and Matthew Fritton; grandmother of Ava and Autumn Chase, Eli, Noah and Haley Fritton. Virginia was the sister of Shirley (Robert) Earp and is survived by several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by many friends whom she held as close as family
There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday April 1st at 6 PM at Freedom Church, 5676 Beattie Ave, Lockport. In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Brother’s Keeper Outreach, 175 Locust Street, Lockport, NY 14094, would be appreciated by the family.
