Melody A. Hoover passed away March 2, 2021 in Eastern Niagara Hospital.  Born April 20, 1960 in Lockport she was the daughter of John Russell and Dawn Kelley-Webber.  Melody was a lunch lady for the Lockport City School District.  She enjoyed watching animal sanctuary videos, adult coloring, crossword puzzles, and especially loved spending time with her family.  Melody was predeceased by her husband Clarence Hoover in 2007.

Melody is survived by her children Lee (Lisa) Hoover, Amy Russell, Michelle Hoover, and Laura (Nick) Scott; grandchildren Emily Hoover, Rohen and Sara Scott; sisters Susan Fogle, Cindy (William) Barnard, Bonnie Benton, Terri (Adam) Fadel; step-siblings Edward Webber, Jr. and Linda Gullett; also several nieces and nephews.
