Obituary of Leon J. Sargent
Leon J. Sargent passed away on February 5, 2021 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born on September 26, 1946 in Niagara Falls NY a son of the late Harold Sargent and Jean Baumeister. Leon retired from Harrison Radiator. He loved gardening, the outdoors, and sports. He especially loved football. Leon was a food connoisseur. He also loved traveling to the New England coast and going to the Amish country. Most of all, Leon loved his family.
Leon was predeceased by a brother Gary Wilson. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of almost 54 years Sandy Sargent; children MaryBeth (Joey) Bitzer and Keith (Annette) Sargent; grandchildren Patrick, Gabbie, Kaileigh, and Leah.
