Obituary of Sharon Bush
Sharon A. Bush passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on December 12, 2020 after a long battle with cancer. Born October 29, 1953 in Lockport, she was the daughter of Margorie K. Rung-Olka and the late Devear C. Olka Jr.. Sharon was retired from Delphi in 2006 after 34 years where she was a Machine Repair Journeyman. She received an Associate degree in Slot Machine Repair from Niagara County Community College in 2009. She loved gardening, cooking, crocheting, crafts, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Besides her mother Margorie, Sharon is also survived by her husband Eugene Bush Sr, in-laws Malvin and Kathryn Bush, siblings Dorothy (Charles predeceased) Root and Karen Boyd, sisters-in-law Janet Bush and Regina Bush, her children Jennifer (Charles) Militello Jr., Matthew Miller (predeceased), Bradley (Jessica) Miller, and Eugene Bush Jr., her grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved cat Bert.
Sharon was a very giving person who always helped everyone. She will be sadly missed by all. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
