Nancy Allen Obituary
Nancy E. Allen passed away Thursday February 3, 2011 in Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. Born February 3, 1947 in Elmira, NY she was the daughter of Elizabeth (nee Wilson) Decker of Lockport and the late Nathaniel Banks Decker. Nancy is also survived by her husband of 45 years, Ira Allen.
Nancy was the mother of Lisa Allen and Patrick (Judy) Allen, both of Lockport and Kim Allen of Niagara Falls. Grandmother of Michael Hixenbaugh, Megan Allen and Morgan Allen; sister of Wilson Decker of Burke, Va.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Internment will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Memorials to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
