Obituary of Evangeline Hillman
Evangeline Hillman passed away October 20, 2020 in Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center. Born February 1, 1925 in Cuba, NY she was the daughter of Henry F. and Athalene (Rowley) Brown. Evangeline enjoyed taking care of plants, working on puzzles, playing BINGO and cards, going on car rides, and especially loved spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband Elwood Hillman on July 16, 1991 and son Richard Hillman.
Evangeline is survived by her children Carol Sprung, Francis (Laurie) Hillman, Patricia Hillman, Suzanne (Stephen) Goodman, Pamela (Randy) Coulter, and Beverly (William) Clemons; twenty-three grandchildren, forty great grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren; siblings William (Marge) Brown, Jean Higby, Mary (Edward) McCarthy, and late Matilda Stooks, Henry Brown, Merwin Brown, and Bessie Brown; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
