Obituary of Judith C. Lockwood
Judith Carolyn (Judy) Lockwood, 76, of Newfane, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday September 29, 2020 in Niagara Hospice after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Judy was born on June 11, 1944 in Lockport, NY she is the daughter of the late Ethel (Tucker) and the late James Wilson. She went to Lockport High School, worked in the family bakery, Tommy Tucker’s Bakery, and then Harrison Radiator where she retired in 2006 after 34 years. She was a member of the South Wilson Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary where she enjoyed volunteering at all the events. Spending time with family and friends meant the world to her and she especially loved to host family Sunday dinners where all were welcome. She is so loved and has always given love to everyone that she knows. She will be deeply missed.
Judy is survived by her beloved husband, Dana, children Tina (Doug) Tyran, Bob Lilley, Bradley (Pauline) Lilley, Kathy Lilley-Outten, Jaime Lockwood, step daughter Tori (Steve) Yox, Sister Rhonda (John) McKeever, sister in laws Donna Brucker, Bonnie (Steve) McHenry, Dorothy Patterson, and Carla Drew, Eleven grandchildren Amy (Chris), Crystal (Jon), Jessica (William), Heather (Richard), Kelly (Adel), Chad (Erica), Dezaray, Ryan, Eric, Samantha, and Madelyn. Thirteen great-grandchildren Lucas R, Lucas V, Billy, Lily, Aaron, Aidan, Austin, Kolton, Corbin, Shawn, Zoe, Evelyn, and Adaline. Many nieces, nephews, beloved friends, and special mom to Tricia, Stacey, Sandra and many others. Besides her parents, Judy is predeceased by her brother John Drew.
