Obituary of Mary Ann Taylor

Mary Ann Taylor entered into eternal sleep, April 27, 2020. She was born Mary Ann Koah, May 27, 1928 in New Brighton, PA to Clifford and Anna Koah, the fifth of six children. Her family moved to Lockport in 1942 where she later met her husband Robert Taylor Sr. to who she was married for 53 years. Mary worked as an operator for New York Telephone for 35 years. In 1963 she received her realtor license and also learned to drive. She was a realtor for over 40 years. Mary was an avid antique collector and dealer, owning Taylor's Antique shop. In later years she ran a booth at Antique World in Clarence. She was past Grand Matron of Eastern Star, den mother for Cub Scouts, and taught Sunday school at Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Mary will be greatly missed by her three children, Deborah Robichaud(Lee) of Lockport, Robert Taylor, Jr (Roxann) of Holley, and William Taylor, M.D. (Suzanne) of Salisbury, MD., as well as nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Mary is predeceased by her husband and siblings, Robert, Leonard, Clifford, and William Koah, and Edna Devine. A private interment will be held at Hartland Central Cemetery.
