Randy L. Rising passed away April 7, 2020. Born January 10, 1958 in Lockport he was the son of Dana and Betty (James) Rising. Randy worked for Simonds Saw & Steel where he was a welder. He enjoyed playing darts, off track betting, and spending time with his family. Randy is survived by his children Ian (Nicole) and Brittany Rising; grandchildren Adriana Pratt, Grayson and Jackson Rising; siblings Rhonda Rising and late Garry McIntyre and Cheryl Sy. Cyr; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
