Martin R. Nodine passed away January 20, 2020. He was born November 8, 1959 in Lockport to Albert Richard and Mary A. (Lanighan) Nodine. Marty was a graduate of LHS and Clarkson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He worked at AKZO Chemical, Fisher Price, and Potter Realty. Marty played club hockey in his youth and was an avid fan of both the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. He was a lifelong member of St. John the Baptist Church. Marty is lovingly remembered by his family; brother of Nancy (James) Brown, Mary (Michael) Hoffman, Paul (Emily) Nodine; was uncle to Kathryn and Ryan (Stephanie) Hoffman, Jaclyn (Rain) Bald, Kara, Brenna, Brett, and Bryce Brown; great uncle to Leah Bald, Amelia Hoffman, Kayden and Holden Brown; nephew of Elizabeth (late James) Dickenson, John (late Helen)Lanighan, late Robert (Patti) Nodine and late Helen (late Mel) Butler, and many beloved cousins. We will miss him dearly. There will be no prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday January 27th at 10 AM, at St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Missions Inc.,1570 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences at pruddenandkandt.com.
