Carmella Gatas passed away January 14, 2020 in Northgate Health Care Facility, Wheatfield. Born December 9, 1921 in Lockport she was the daughter of Nicholas and Josephine (Macaluso) Angelo. Carmella is survived by her husband of 62 years, Boulos “Paul” Gatas; son Joseph (Kathy) Gatas; four grandchildren and four great grandchild. She was predeceased by her daughter Claudette Atwood and also by her sisters Nancy Dean and Mary Rogers.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Monday, January 20th at 10 AM in St. John The Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
