Ann M. Hochreiter, age 69, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2020. She was born on September 19, 1950 in Buffalo, NY. She married her high school sweetheart, Michael Jay, in June of 1971. Ann enjoyed life's simple pleasures including gardening, golfing, doting on her grandchildren, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills. She was a devout member of her church and lived each day with faith and hope.
Ann leaves behind her loving and devoted husband Michael Hochreiter; her daughter Kelly (Joseph) Colucci and son Scott (Kara) Hochreiter. Finally, her favorite people on earth, her grandchildren , Chase Joseph Colucci, Lauren Mary Hochreiter and Patrick Owen Hochreiter. She is preceded in death by her beloved grandson Owen Michael Hochreiter, and parents, Ernest and Anna Schmitt.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 11:00 am at Good Shepherd RC Church, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Road, North Tonawanda, NY 14120. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made to the Honoring Owen Book Program at the Golisano Children's Hospital, 300 East River Road, Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627
