Obituary of Ian B. Pollworth

Ian B. Pollworth passed away December 26, 2019 in Newfane Rehab & Health Care Center. Born March 23, 1938 in Buffalo he was the son of Joseph and Jemine (Patterson) Pollworth. Ian earned his bachelor’s degree from Houghton University in 1985 and worked for West Valley Nuclear Facility in Springville retiring in 2000. He also worked for Ridge Road Express. Ian enjoyed model railroads, street rods, baking, and gardening.
Ian is survived by his wife of 30 years, Mary (Gilbert) Pollworth; four sons Scott (Shari) Pollworth, Jeffery (Chrissy) Pollworth, Kyle Pollworth, and Brian (Crystal) Pollworth; grandchildren Sean, Kenneth, Justyn, Connor, and Liam. He was predeceased by his brother Alex Pollworth.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
