Dear Bill, Tom and "Beth Ann" Elizabeth. So sorry to hear about your Mom, she was a neat lady. I remember many a day when Beth Ann and me played school in your Moms basement, playing with all her little gifts she received over the years from her pupils. I also remember one of the boys who had a broken leg and came running down the stairs when they heard me screaming across the street when my Moms tenants dogs were biting me...Oh the memories, it is hard now but will get easier, you will always have wonderful memories of your Mom, may she rest in peace. She is now with your Dad. I will always remember her smiling face when ever I showed up at her house on Fernhill. Elizabeth please contact me, maybe we can get together and renew old friendships again. I live in Akron, NY....Love ya all, Pat Cole Popielski

Dear Weber Family, My Parents were good friends and neighbors of your family on RIchlawn. I remember going to your house on Fernhill. As a kid I thought your family was great. Your mom was so friendly. I did talk to your mom several years ago when she was in Cheektowaga. I am sorry I never got a chance to see her when I was in town. I am sorry to see that she has died and especially at this time of year. My mom died on Dec. 4th the year she died and my brother on Christmas day. It makes it tough. Bill, What an absolutely beautiful picture of your mom. She is exactly as I remember her when visiting your house many times on Fernhill Ave. I have to classify her, the same as Barb's mother, Lorraine, age 86, as a "Legend in her Time". There is something about these people, both women & men, that is timeless, a wisdom that is inert, always shining its beacon of light to those around them, and we always benefit, whether we are aware of it or not. May you, Karen, your brother and sisters reflect on her life and times. Thank you very much for sharing this with me. May the blessings be! James & Barbara
