Obituary of James H. McCoy
James H. McCoy passed away on Friday November 15, 2019. Born in Erie, PA., on October 24, 1951, he was the son of the late Howard and Rita Illig McCoy. James worked for General Motors for 44 years, the past 13 years at GM Powertrain in Tonawanda as a Tow motor Operator. He enjoyed hunting, garage sales and spending time with his family.
James is survived by his wife of 33 years, Susan (nee Rohring) McCoy; father of Kenneth (Carrie) McCoy, Wesley (Kayley Smith) McCoy and Matthew McCoy; grandfather of Christian, Caiden and Kendra. He was the brother of Anne (Jon) Goodman, Constance McCoy, Mary (Mike) Ford, Kevin (Tina) McCoy, Pamela (Mike) Buckley and the late John McCoy; son in-law of Madalyn Holt and brother in-law of Beth (Harry) Westfall and the late Wayne Rohring. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
