Obituary of Michael Leo Cutter

Michael L. Cutter passed away November 15, 2019 at Jeannie’s house hospice in Northgate Health Care Facility. Michael was born October 10,1946 in Lockport, he was the son of the late Leo and Helen Suttle Cutter. Michael served  in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 to 1970, with  two tours in Vietnam. He was in the reserves thereafter for 4 more years. Upon returning from his tours, he returned to work at Harrison Radiator, Div. of G.M, in which he started at age 18, retiring in 1996 after 32 years. Michael enjoyed working on and restoring cars and ran an antique business for 10 years after retirement, with his wife Candace of almost 49 years. 

Michael is survived by his wife Candace (Wozniak) Cutter; father of Timothy (Dana) Cutter and Kelly (Ross Howarth) Cooke; grandfather of Theodore, Madelyn, Matthew and Julianna.  He is also the brother of Joseph Cutter, William (Kathy) Cutter, Dee (Fred) Lute and the late Patricia Moore and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.      

Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass to celebrate the love and life of Michael on Saturday November 23,2019, service beginning at 10am, at St. John’s Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport, NY.    Memorials to Niagara Hospice in Michael’s Memory would be greatly appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers.  Online condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
