Obituary of Joseph D. Castle

Joseph D. Castle, 45, passed away October 30, 2019.  He was born July 30, 1974 in Lockport, NY.  Joseph worked as a Master Plumber with his uncle, Joseph M. Castle, at Peer Plumbing and Heating for many years.  He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed annual trips to the French River with family and friends.

Joe is survived by his mother, Sally (Faraci) Castle of Lockport; sister Deanna J. (Robert) Hebeler; nephew and niece Owen and Abigail Hebeler all of Amherst.  His father, Daniel J. Castle predeceased him.  Joe was the grandson of the late Nettie and Sebastiano Faraci, Norma J. “Mudge” and James H. Castle, and Mary Hoffman Castle.  Joseph is also survived by his extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He will be missed by his good friends.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, Nov. 3rd from 1-5 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, Nov. 4th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.  In Lieu of flowers, memorials to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
