Obituary of Elmer Frank Huntington

Elmer F. “Skip” Huntington passed away after a brief illness, on Saturday October 12, 2019 under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born in Barker, NY on December 9, 1934, he was the son of the late George and Ida Porter Huntington.  Skip was a welder and fabricator at Diversified Manufacturing in Lockport for 33 years, retiring in 1998, and was a member of the Lock City 617 Moose Lodge for 47 years.

Skip is survived by his wife, Marion (nee Parker) Huntington; father of Cindy Huntington, Julie (Greg) Kulzer, Audrey (Barry) Schultz, Ralph (Annabelle) Clark, Jeffrey Clark, Kelly Johnson, Jacqueline Apostol, Laurie St. Martin and the late Ronald (Celeste) Huntington.  He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.  Skip was the brother of Sally (late Richard) Lake, Barbara (Heinrich) Buck and the late Eleanor Whitehead and Harold Huntington; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Tuesday October 15th 1-4 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, where services will immediately follow at 4 PM.  In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.  Online Condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
