Obituary of Elizabeth Pratt

Elizabeth J. "Betty" Pratt passed away November 27th in Niagara Hospice House. Born August 11,1948 in Lockport, the daughter of Esther Barlow Jackson and the Late Harry Jackson. Betty worked as an aid for the Headstart Program and was a lifetime member of Grace Episcopal Church, 50 year member of the choir. She was an accomplished artist and was constantly painting, when not painting spending time with children and grandchildren, watching movies and camping was what she enjoyed most. Besides her mother she is survived by her husband William E. Pratt of Gasport; mother of Christopher (Heather) Pratt of NC, David (Keri) Pratt of Middleport and Jason (Elizabeth Coffey) Pratt of Buffalo; grandmother of Ethan, Hunter, Madison, Morgan, Abby and Eamon Pratt. Betty is also the sister of Mary (Jack) Hall od Lockport, Jack (Tina) Jackson of Albion and Katherine (Lenny) Payne of VA; daughter in law of Ellen M. Pratt of Lockport, sister in law of Carol M. Pratt of Lockport, Joyce M. (Joseph) Moore of Barker and the late Judith (Donald) DeMaison of Sanborn. She also is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday 3 to 7 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, NY, where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. Memorials to the ALS Association, Upstate NY Chapter, 890 Seventh North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088 of Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
