Obituary of Donna Lee Powers
Donna Lee Powers passed away June 1, 2019 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. Born September 17, 1959 in Lockport she was the daughter of Robert and Frances (Weigand) Vitthuhn. Donna worked for Geico where she was an insurance agent. She enjoyed spending time with her family, was an avid reader, enjoyed scrap booking, and was an animal lover.
Donna is survived by her husband Thomas Powers; daughter Elizabeth Powers; siblings Gerald (Sue) Vitthuhn, Nicola (David) Villarreal and late Robert Vitthuhn and Mary Louise (late Douglas) Flanders; sister-in-law Linda Vitthuhn; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, June 6th from 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, June 7th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
