Obituary of Frank B. Balcom
Frank B. Balcom passed away April 20, 2019 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. Born November 30, 1929 in Buffalo he was the son of Roy and Evelyn (Penvose) Balcom. Frank worked for various companies and retired from Erie County Medical Center in 1986 where he was a plumbing foreman. He enjoyed watching television and was predeceased by his brother Lawrence Balcom.
Frank is survived by his wife Janina ‘Sandy’ (Cichon) Balcom; his children Sharon M. (late Robert) Szafranski, James F. Balcom, Gayle L. (Michael) Fazekas, and Lynette M. (Joseph) Lewandowski; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
