Obituary of Elaine S. Wagner

Elaine Sharon Bishop Wagner, wife of the late Thomas A. Wagner, went home to the Lord Jesus, who she loved with all her heart on April 17th.  Born on April 1, 1941, she graduated from Doyle Beauty School in Buffalo at the age of 16. She went on to work at The Sample and at Vera Whiting's Beauty Salon on East Avenue. She married Tom on December 12, 1962 and became a stay at home mom to her beloved children.

Elaine is survived by a son, Tracy (Gina) Wagner and a daughter, Sharon (Richard) Evans. Grandmother to Aaron and Alaina Wagner and Cory and Krista Evans. She also leaves behind two sisters, Donna Kleinhans and Sue (Robert)Gillings and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her brother, Duane Bishop.

Friends may call on Monday April 22nd from 3 pm to 7 pm at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where services will be held on Tuesday April 23rd at 10 am.  Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 or Heaven on Earth Horse and Pug Rescue, 7410 Ellicott Road, Lockport, NY 14094, would be appreciated by the family.
