Obituary of Jerry D. Lawton
Jerry D. Lawton passed away April 8, 2019 in North Gate Health Care Facility. Born February 22, 1950 in Cuba, NY he was the son of Olon and Leah (Loucks) Lawton. Jerry worked as a truck driver for William Kugler & Brothers Inc and upon their closing he worked Barden Homes. He enjoyed music, car shows, getting lost and finding his way home, and will be remembered fondly as a great conversationalist. Jerry was predeceased by his wife, Debra (Moran) Lawton on June 23, 2008.
Jerry is survived by his children John (Andrea) Lawton, Shawn (Christian) Lawton, and Tara (Jason) Draper; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Barbara Burkhardt.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, April 16th from 10 am – 12 noon with services following at 12 noon in the Antioch Anabaptist Church, 4649 Alabama Rd., Medina. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
