Marie Peracciny (Persico) died with her family by her side on February 9 2019. She was born on February 18 1926 and was married for 67 years to Ray. Together they had started a family that grew up in the west end of Lockport. Marie or Mrs. P as she was called by the neighborhood kids, was known for cooking the most amazing meals, playing cards with the others from the neighborhood, and taking care of her family. Marie is remembered most for her strength and love for her family. Marie is survived by her daughter in law Carolyn Marie Peracciny and son James Nichols. She was predeceased by her Husband Raymond and children Marcia and Raymond Peracciny Jr. Every day she showed her “son” Jim and her grandchildren how much they meant to her. Marie would also talk about how proud she was of the accomplishments of her grandchildren, Katrina Marie , Raymond III, and Adelina Rose Peracciny.  Friends may call Tuesday February 12th from 6-8 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee street Lockport where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday February 13th at 11 AM.
