Obituary of Harrison Haney
Harrison D. Haney passed away on Sunday December 30, 2018. Born in Oklahoma City, OK., he was the son of Marshall and Nancy (nee Hughes) Haney of Lockport. Harrison loved sports, notably the Boston Red Sox, the New England Patriots, and the Alabama Crimson Tide (in each case, much to the chagrin of his family). Harrison sought and retained knowledge like no other, and could speak as intelligently about Shakespeare as he could about world stock markets. Harrison also loved people, he felt deeply for others and could be moved tremendously by simple acts of kindness and mercy. Above all else, Harrison loved his family.
Beside his parents, Harrison is survived by his brother Alex (Ashley) Haney and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Friends may call on Thursday January 3rd, 4-8 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday January 4th at 10 AM in All Saints RC Parish, 76 Church Street, Lockport. Online condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
