Obituary of Rosemary McCourt
Rosemary Rosati McCourt passed away December 21, 2018 at the Weinberg Campus in Amherst. Born October 18, 1936 in Buffalo she was the daughter of Emilio and Mary (Antonio) Rosati. Rosemary worked at The College Inn in Lockport where she was a lab technician and enjoyed dancing.
Rosemary is survived by her husband of 54 years Elliott McCourt; her children Edward (Nancy) McCourt and Lynne McCourt Palisano; grandchildren Jennifer and Jason (Melody) Noble and Ethan and Justin McCourt; great grandchildren Julia, Jude, Jaydon, Damian, Emmett, and Georgia; predeceased by her brother Alphonse Rosati. Also survived by very close friends Jim & Dolly DaBella.
Relatives and friends may call Saturday, December 29th from 2-4 PM with services following 4 PM all in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Buffalo would be appreciated by the family. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
