Obituary of Roy E. Spring
Roy “Tobe” Spring passed away August 22, 2018 under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born April 20, 1935 in Lockport he was the son of John E. and Clara (Dean) Spring. He worked in production for Package Corporation for 30 years retiring in 1997. Roy enjoyed hunting and was also the equipment manager for Lockport Little Loop Football for many years. He was predeceased by his wife Marion (Dietz) Spring on October 30, 2010.
Roy is survived by his daughter Diana Spring and predeceased by his son Guy Spring. He was also predeceased by his siblings Orla “Case” Elson, William, Benjamin Spring, Shirley Miller, Norine Lawrence, and Joyce Wohleban. Roy is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, August 24th from 2-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where services will be held Saturday, August 25th at 10 AM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
