Obituary of John Bannan

John Norman Bannan passed away October 15, 2010 at home. Born in Medina April 1, 1937, he is the son of George and Stella (Parada) Bannan. John retired from Harrison Radiator in 1989 after thirty-four years where he was an engineer, and he also owned Some Place Else for twenty years until 2006. He was a member of the Navy-Marine Club and the American Legion. He enjoyed working in his yard in Lockport and Florida, riding bicycle, was an avid bowler, and enjoyed watching Nascar, the Bills, and the Yankees. He also enjoyed living in Florida during winters for the past several years.
John is survived by his wife Susan(Monagan); his children Brian (Karen) Bannan, Debra A (Mark) Allan, of Dover DE, Mark (Christina Eaton) Bannan; Grandfather of Terra, Patricia, Amanda, John Bannan, Ryan Allan, Brittany (David) Johnston, Kurt, Shane Allan; Great-Grandfather of Aiden, and Sage Allan; Brother "in-Law of Gerald C. (Beverly) Monagan; and several cousins.
Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home where a Service will take place Wednesday at 10AM.
