Obituary of Janice E. Russell

Janice E. Russell passed away April 14, 2018.  Born June 10, 1945 in Lockport she was the daughter of Raymond and Bertha (Brauer) Fry.  Janice worked for Delphi in Lockport where she was a cafeteria worker.  She enjoyed going to garage sales, bird watching, reading, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family.  Janice was a member of the Red Hat Society and also their book club.  She was predeceased by her husband Daniel G. Russell in 1991.

Janice is survived by her daughters Bonnie (Allen) Connette and Paula (Christopher) Heal; grandchildren Daniel and Zachary Bancroft, Sara, Kristina, Katelyn, and Faith Heal; great grandchildren Wesley, Gage, Emilia, and Madelyn; siblings Hazel (Garry) Moulden; sisters and brothers-in-law Ruth Fry, Linda Savakinas, Patricia Chiodo, Catherine (Mike) Emo-Tice, Michael (Ella) Russell, Thomas (Patricia) Russell, and Richard LaGrange; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her siblings Donald Fry and Ruth (Richard) Coulson; brothers and sisters-in-law Wayne (Trish) Russell, Bob Savakinas, and Carol LaGrange.

Relatives and friends may call Friday, April 20th from 11 AM – 1 PM with services following at 1 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  Interment will be Cold Springs Cemetery.
