Obituary of Elizabeth Migda

Elizabeth A. Migda passed away October 7, 2010 in Niagara Hospice House. Born January 27, 1928 in Lockport she was the daughter of Leo and Helen (Holly) Farnsworth. Elizabeth enjoyed sports especially the Bills and Sabres, camping, gardening and spending time with family. She was predeceased by her husband Leo J. Migda in 2005. Elizabeth is survived by her daughters Kathleen (Phillip) Lange and Sharon (Alan) Geier; grandmother of Stacey (Andrew) Punzal, Scott (Michelle) Lange, Leanne Geier, Stephen Lange, Stephanie (Calvin) Shellman, Krista Lange, Andrew Geier and Eric Geier; great grandmother of seven; sister of the late Donald Farnsworth; sister-in-law of Stella Lennert; several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Sunday 3-7 PM at Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where prayers will be offered Monday at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. <h3>Visitation</h3> Relatives and friends may call Sunday 3-7 PM at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where prayers will be offered Monday at 9:30 AM. <h3>Services</h3> A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. <h3>Interment</h3> Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
