Dearest Ryan Family- Bill will truly be missed. His grandchildren were his life. If they needed anything, like a ride or food, he was there for them!
He was always doing something kind for anyone. I remember when he drove me to the airport, he presented me with a roast beef sandwich. I’ll never forget how I shared that sandwich on the plane with a young man who was starving. He touched 2 lives with that simple gesture. I also remember our so-called “famous” date to the Elk Club.Everybody there knew Bill & loved him
I’m am so very sorry for your loss and was honored to know your beloved dad, uncle, brother or grandfather.
My deepest condolences,
Candace (Cici) Isherwood.

Lyn and I were saddened to hear of Bill's passing. During our years in Lockport, Bill was a valued and true friend. He helped us in numerous ways, actually more than we were ever able to repay. Many times we shared "just a half" before departing. God's rest Bill. Mike and Lyn Walsh

We are so sorry that we will not be able to come and express our condolences to the family later this week. Bill was our friend and as the kids say he made all he met his friend. He never forgot Rachel's birthday especially the leap year one.
What wonderful memories you will all have of Bill. His grandchildren that we shared are good friends and admirers of Bill. That speaks so well for Bill's love of life and family.
