Obituary of James R. Kinisky

James R. Kinisky passed away November 3, 2017 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. Born June 6, 1933 in Troy, NY he was the son of James and Dorothy (Baker) Kinisky. James served in the US Navy from 1950 to 1954 and worked for Winter Construction in Albany where he was a project manager and for Sweet Associates. He was a member of the Knight Columbus, and enjoyed golfing and working in his garden.
James is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sandra (Truax) Kinisky; his children Dottie (Bill) Grimaldi, Billy Kinisky, Donnie (Kathy) Kinisky, Laurie Windom, Julie (Jeff) Varney, Steve Kinisky, and Bruce (Tina) Kinisky; his step-children Debbie Kane, Susie (Herb) Betts, Jimmy (Renee) Kane, Joey Kane, Patty (Dana) Tackett, and Cindy (Jeff) Noseworthy; 29 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; siblings Anna May Peek and late Jack (Alice) Kinisky.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, Nov. 6th at 10 AM in St. John The Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Online Condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
