This is to Raymond.... I did not know Jeffrey I'm sure he was a fine person... I recently rescued a Lockport Union Sun & Journal from an attic..... Dated May 8th, 1945... The front page was highlighting the V-E victory of the allied nations in world war 2.... Another front page article was the loss of a local Newfane soldier PFC Robert Ramsdell.... I was doing some checks on the internet and discovered Jeff's recent obituary and I believe he is your son and Robert was your brother..... I'm sorry for your loss of both....

Mike, Debbie and Family,
Our deepest sympathy and condolences. Toad was a super guy, a gentleman and a friend. We remember with fondness the celebration of his 50th birthday. Many friends (and Toad had many more friends) wished him well and celebrated with him. Toad was a great guy to work with and to know.
May his memory be eternal.
