Lucille J. Smith passed away September 2, 2010 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born June 23, 1946 in Cheektowaga she was the daughter of Salvatore J. and Mary J. (Provenzano) Gioeli. Lucille worked as a clerk for Montgomery wards for 25 years. She was predeceased by her husband Adam F. Smith, Jr. on June 10, 2010. Lucille is survived by her children Adam (Laurie) Smith of California, LouAnn (John) Barrancotta, Paul A. Smith and Anthony (Michele) Smith all of Lockport; grandmother of Anthony, Ashley Smith both of Lockport and Adam "Cashie" Smith of California; sister of Anthony (Beverly) Gioeli and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport. Entombment will be in Glenwood Mausoleum.
