I am so very sad to hear this. I have so many memories of your Mom/Grandma Jessie going back about 48 years. She made her home feel like home to all of us as kids and when I was older and ran into her...a few times making it a point to see her in the cafeteria at the hospital, she would always take the time to say hi and make me smile someway or another. You all were lucky to have each other for so many years, that is such a treasure to hold for each of you.
I am proud that I have such fond memories of Jessie...of all of you, "The Salmeri's" were always one of my favorite families going back as far as I can remember and still.

To the entire Salmeri family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. We are all here with you!
To Aunt Connie, Mom, Dad, and ALL my Aunt's and Uncle;s who have passed:
Thank you for holding this family together and keeping us close. I remember Halloween's at Aunt Jessie's, the popcorn and being scared by Uncle Joe. I remember the Christmas party's at the AnJo club. I remember the family picnic's in Olcott. You guys used to play softball and kickball games with us when we were all together. I remember camping together. And I remember the "just because" visits at each home. I would always go in Aunt Rosie's fridge for apples and she nick named me Debbie Do. We would visit Aunt Mary Ann a lot and play in their basement. Aunt Mary Ann would visit on Sunday mornings while the girls went to the Sunday school. We would visit Aunt Teresa's and play in the back yard.
I'm sure I speak for all of the first cousins when I say how special you are to this entire family and how much you are loved.
