My brother and I grew up across the street from the Roberts. Mr. and Mrs. were are part of my life for the past 44 years, particularly Mrs. Roberts during the past ten years. My mom - who loved the Roberts so much- passed away before I got married. Mrs. Roberts was so supportive and loving to me and my husband now of ten years, Paul. I sent post cards to Mrs . Roberts from my travels around the world. We sent each other cards for every holiday and just to say hello. I knew something was wrong when we did not receive a Halloween card. We were so blessed to have her in our life- what a special and classy lady! I hope I can be half as wonderful a woman and wife as Mrs. Roberts. She inspires me everyday. Krissy

Evelyn was one of the finest of ladies I ever had met. Always kind, caring, smiling, full of wit, helpful, appreciative of the smallest gesture, a true Christian with compassion for all. She is now with her Carlton we know, in the arms of Jesus.
