I was so shocked and saddened to just learn of Jim's passing. I had not heard of it in time to visit or attend the funeral and am so sorry. I wanted, however, to take this opportunity to express my sincere condolences to the family. Having served with Jim in the legislature, I admired his dedication to everything he undertook and his upbeat outlook on even the most difficult of days! He will be so missed my so many...too soon! It was a pleasure to have known him and worked with him...so glad I had the opportunity! His legacy will go on! Shirley
