Obituary of Mark D. Poole
Mark D. Poole, 50, of Lockport, taken too soon from this life on Tuesday, August
22, 2017 at Cleveland Clinic. Born on September 28, 1966, Mark was the son of
Nancy Poole and the late Henry Poole Jr.
Mark was a graduate of Lockport High School. He worked at several different
establishments over the years, but most recent, for Sub Delicious.
He was an avid bowler for a number of years and lived and loved the Boston Red
Sox. Mark was a comical man and made many friends throughout his short life.
Mark leaves behind his mother, Nancy Poole; brother Henry (Lisa) Poole; Nieces
Alicia and Marisa Poole; great nephew Cashden Pinkert; brother-in-law Steven
Szymanski all of Lockport. Aunt Elaine (Gary) DesJean of Amelia, Virginia; and
several cousins. Mark also leaves behind several near and dear friends. Mark was
predeceased by his sister Wanda Szymanski in 2016.
A memorial service will take place at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242
Genesee Street, Lockport, on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 p.in.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
