During the time that I served as Pastor of the Assembly of God in Lockport, it was a special blessing to me to have a lady like Faith Hawe as a part of the congregation. She was a solid and faithful Christian who was an inspiration and an example to so many. With her knowledge of the scriptures and her years of living as a Christian, she had the ability to teach in such a way that people easily learned the "how to's" of living the Christian life. She was aptly named because she taught this pastor what it meant to trust God to supply the needs of His church. One of the unique things about Faith was the fact that when asked to pray, she would pray using King James English! She was a wonderful, Godly, and proper lady. We will miss her, but we would not call her back for she is rejoicing in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ whom she faithfully served for so many years. Esther and I extend to her family the assurance of our prayers for God's peace and comfort to be your portion in these days.

A beautiful lady who was loved by many. God is so good to us and we know Faith wanted to go home and be with the Father and the others in her family...How wonderful we are told one day we will be reunited with them in Glory...
The Lord is so good and has left us with many scriptures to comfort us in the time of our grief. My favorite is:
Isaiah 41:10
fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand
May God bless you and just comfort you heart with knowing you are His and one day you will see your loved ones again...hugs love n prayers <3

The loss of a cherished loved one is the most devastating experiences a family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are family and friends who care and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that "God is near to those that are broken at heart. He is the God of all comfort. God will comfort you during this difficult time of grief. Our prayers are also with you and your family.
It is our mission to guide and serve all families and individuals in a professional, timely, caring manner in regards of their departed loved ones.
